25 MB BASIC EMAIL PACKAGE:

This basic plan includes a number of great productivity tools to help you manage your email effectively and consistently.

Each account comes with:

  • Accessible via POP3, I MAP4, SMTP, Outlook DirectConnect, PalmSync and RBL
  • Webmail access
  • 25 MB of email storage (combined inbox, sent items, drafts & folders)
  • Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus

  • Instant Messaging within the Navigo Broadband family
  • SSL security

2 G PERSONAL INFORMATION MANGER PACKAGE:

This full-featured plan includes basic features such as:

  • POP3, IMAP4, SMTP, WAP 2.0, and Webmail (http/https)access, so users who prefer desktop clients such as Outlook Express, Thunderbird, or others can stay happy. Direct Connect utility allows Outlook users to maintain full synchronization between online and Outlook on their desktop, resulting in the best of both worlds: a familiar desktop experience, and the convenience of anytime, anywhere access with Web client.
  • Other email features include powerful search capabilities, folders, message filters and auto-reply, spell check, Rich Text Formatting (RTF), attachments of up to 25MB, and much more.
  • Industry-leading anti-spam and anti-phishing techniques to protect every account. On the server side, we use a variety of spam filtering tools, including multiple Real-Time Blackhole List lookups, relay blocking, header inspection, and an advanced heuristics engine. At the individual user level, users can maintain "safe" and "block" lists to further protect their inbox and to individually define senders as either "good" or "bad".
  • We perform server-side virus scanning to scan each message before it reaches a user's inbox. If a message contains a parasitic virus that can be removed, the system will attempt to clean it. Trojan horse viruses are stripped and a clean message is delivered to the user. Virus definitions are updated hourly to guard against new threats
  • Our sophisticated contact management application provides users with a powerful and efficient way to store all of their business and personal contacts in one place.

Personal Information Manager Advanced Features:

  • Personal Information Manager's powerful Contacts application lets users easily distribute their own or other individuals' contact information using the industry-standard vCard format. Users can even forward the URL for their calendar free/busy data.
  • Users can create robust contact profiles using the Contacts application, including uploaded contact photographs, unlimited user-created fields, and detailed notes. All contact notes are automatically date and time stamped.
  • Contacts can be easily sorted into custom-named groups, and a powerful search utility makes finding the right contacts a snap when the use of groups alone isn't enough.
  • Users can easily import up to 5,000 contacts at a time from ACT!, Outlook, Outlook Express, Goldmine, or any other source of text delimited (CSV) contact files. Contacts can be exported easily as well, in either CSV or vCard format.
  • With our powerful Calendar application, scheduling appointments is simple. Just highlight a block of time and type a description. Or use QuickAdd - our natural language tool for scheduling appointments. Need to change an event's duration? Just resize it. Need to change the date or time? Just drag & drop. Or use the convenient right-click menus.
  • Calendar users can choose from a variety of reminder intervals and modes, eliminating forgotten commitments. Our Calendar application lets end users choose the number of days, hours, or minutes prior to an event for their reminder to be delivered, and whether reminders should be delivered via email or in a pop-up.
  • With Tasks, end users can easily track and manage multiple projects and deadlines throughout their day. The Task Lists let users define new tasks, set due dates, and establish priorities. Each task is visually identified as not-yet-due, past-due, or completed. Whether end users' schedules are tightly packed, or they simply enjoy keeping their work as organized as possible, the Tasks application will help them to effectively organize all of their responsibilities.
  • The Calendar and Task applications are fully integrated with a "My Day" dashboard that provides an at-a-glance overview of the end user's appointments for the day, tasks currently due or past-due, and any new inbox items or other notifications.

2G SMALL BUSINESS COLLABORATION PACKAGE:

Our powerful calendaring system and integrated task management tool allows users to easily schedule meetings with co-workers, view others' schedules, and share files to more effectively collaborate on projects or daily work.

The 2G Small Business Collaboration package maintains all of the great underlying features of the 2G Personal Information Package, while adding collaborative functionality in the areas of Calendar, Tasks, Contacts, Instant Messaging and File Sharing.

Schedule meetings in a matter of seconds, with no phone calls, voice mails, waiting for callbacks, or wasted time.

To schedule meetings or other events with friends and co-workers, users can choose to send electronic meeting invitations with a suggested date and time, or can use the Calendar application's powerful "find first available" feature that quickly searches each invitee's calendar to identify periods of common availability.

Our Calendar even supports the industry-standard iCal format for scheduling appointments with non-Navigonet.com users.

The Files application provides users with online file storage and file sharing capabilities, all without the need to purchase a file server, and without the need to implement an expensive and cumbersome VPN for remote access.

Our Files application allows end users to store important documents such as spreadsheets, product specifications and brochures, presentations, contract templates and more in their online file cabinet. Now anyone with sharing privileges can have access to the latest document versions. Files can be organized in folders and sub-folders for easy retrieval.

Collaboration's Files application combines strong security with simple access, making working from anywhere efficient as possible. All users are authenticated via SSL (HTTPS) using their unique Navigonet.com UserID and password.

End users may choose to share folders with other Navigonet.com users, or even non-Navigonet.com users, and can assign either "Read Only" or "Full Access" sharing privileges at the individual folder level. Non-Navigonet.com users are sent an email containing a link they may use to access the folders that have been shared with them.

Business users working on documents in a collaborative environment will enjoy the Files application's check-out/check-in functionality for improved document version control. Updated documents can be shared with just a couple of clicks, ensuring that everyone is using the most up-to-date information.

Collaboration's Instant Messaging (IM) provides a fast and efficient communication platform that enables users to instantly communicate over the Internet. With IM, users and their firms can save time and money spent on long distance phone calls to co-workers working from remote locations.

Navigonet.com IM allows users to manage multiple conversations at one time and can be used while in any other Navigonet.com application, helping to increase users' productivity and improve their ability to multi-task.

The presence management or "Currently Online" window in Collaboration allows users to see which of their contacts are available online - allowing them to choose the most efficient communication medium available, whether that's IM, email or phone.

Navigonet.com IM allows users to hide their presence from other users with whom they choose not to chat, allowing them to control their time and better manage their work.
